My passion is helping people live better lives by facilitating change in their chronic pain and acute injuries, as well as enhancing athletic performance and recovery.
My success lies in the integration of many techniques learnt over the 14 years in practice. My treatment is remedial in nature and may incorporate massage and soft tissue manipulation, nerve manipulation, cupping and scraping, dry needling, electro-needling. Hands on work are the primary methods with the other tools utilised when appropriate to achieve the result desired.
Being trauma informed adds a critical dimension to treatments as the exploration of mind body connection to your conditions are revealed.

I do not do pregnancy massage at any stage. Other massage therapists do.
Under 18 years of age must have adult present in room for duration of treatment.
